Hello, I'm Dr. Olivo
For more than two decades, I have served in education as a teacher, leader, and advocate for social-emotional development. My doctoral studies in instructional leadership and social-emotional learning deepened my understanding of how intellectual growth, emotional health, and purpose intersect.
Throughout my career, I have worked with students, educators, families, and professionals navigating change, challenges, and opportunities for growth. These experiences reinforced my belief that leadership begins within—and that personal transformation precedes lasting impact.
